The neck is often a forgotten part of our skincare regimen with all the focus going on our face and maybe some remnants being shared down to our neck and decolletage. This means there is no surprise that the neck can be one of the biggest giveaways to age. More recently however, patients complaining of neck lines and wrinkles have been a lot younger and this is due to a new condition commonly called, “tech neck”. Tech neck refers to prominent lines and wrinkles on the neck. Neck lines are a sign of aging and are often caused because of a decrease in collagen and elastin production in the skin.
